We can do everything from burning the raw footage from your video camera tapes onto a DVD for easier watching, to a fully-edited hunt, set to music in the style of your choice.
There is no way to remember a year in the woods like watching it unfold again and again on video or DVD. Our service can do 4 things to help you enjoy those memories:
- Make that footage more convenient to watch.
By putting it on DVD you can pop it into the player and be watching immediately, as compared with having to hook your camera up to the tv each time. - Preserve the footage to last.
A DVD's life expectancy is over 100 years, compared to tape which is much shorter. - Save the camera.
Playing footage through a camera ads a lot of wear and tear on the mechanisms and having a camcorder serviced is very expensive. - Show only the good stuff.
If you choose either of our edited options,we can take the footage you send and remove all the "oops I left the camera running on the truck seat" type slip-ups and put it all together in the style of the current hunts you see each day on television and hunting videos. You won't have to worry about fast-forwarding past the junk to get to the "good stuff"!
How does it work?
- Contact us at 1-864-574-5623 or sales@lynchoutdoors.com. We can email you a form to include with your tapes so that we have all the pertinate information. Or you can call us to discuss your options in detail. We know each hunt is unique and special and we plan to treat it that way.
- Send us your footage telling us which option you've chosen and how many copies you want.
- Relax. We'll return your raw footage and your personal hunt on DVD! Simple, huh?
How long does it take?
- Turn around is only a few days to a week for Option 1, to burn Raw Footage onto DVD. That's just a few days longer than the snapshots you took will take at the local photo department, but this will be live action!
- All edited jobs are taken in line as they are received.
Options 2 & 3 could take a few weeks to a month, depending on the project load at the time. But you can bet you will be
watching a tv-style version of your hunt set to the music long before your taxidermist gives you something
to look at!

Service Option 1 We will burn your raw footage from Hi-8, 8mm or Mini DV
formats (no vhs) and put it on a DVD. How convienent is that?!? No editing, just straight from your tape to disk for
easier viewing. And we will print your hunt information (date, location, etc.) directly on the DVD for a professional
touch. |
Service Option 2 We will edit your raw footage from Hi-8, 8mm or Mini DV (no vhs)
formats down to the "Good Stuff". This means we cut out the miles of woods or other footage not pertinate to the hunt.
This option also includes an opening title of your choice, and information such as names, location, date, etc.
This is basic editing and will include professional transisions, but no audio enhancements or subtitling. |
Service Option 3 Your footage will be edited down to a hunt as closely
resembling a hunt as seen on tv or in hunting videos as we can produce from your raw footage!! You get to choose from
several music themes such as country or rock 'n roll and this option includes audio enhancements and subtitling where needed
or possible. Your hunt will include custom titles of the hunt information
(location, names, dates and closing credits) and will include professional transisions. As with the other
options, we can transfer your raw footage from Hi-8, video 8mm or mini dv formats (no vhs). Your custom Title and hunt
informaion will be included on the surface of the DVD disk and to top it all off, your professionally edited hunting video
will be placed in a nice slim-case with a custom cover. |
