"Attached pictures of my 3rd and 4th gobblers of the year, taken on 3/22/06 in Jasper County, SC.
I used the Bud and Betty Crystal Call on this hunt. I got one of them to respond at 3:00 in the afternoon and soon I had both of them within 10 yards of my setup. One weighed 20 lbs, 10 ½” beard with 1” spurs. The other weighed 17lbs, 11 ¼” beard with 1” spurs. I always carry both the glass and crystal call when I hunt. The gobblers in our area love these calls and I’ve killed a lot of birds with them. You guys are really good at what you do. Thanks for making such great calls. I started using them several years back and haven’t used any other brand since.
In fact, "Bud" delivered one of your Owl Calls to my house a couple years back while he was attending USC. I’ve been able to get a lot of gobbles out of that Owl Call as well.
Anyway, I’m going in the morning to try and help my 7 year old daughter get one (she’s 1/3 of a set of triplets). It’ll be tough but fun. Hopefully this year or next, I’ll be sending you a picture of her with her first gobbler.
