Our striker selection includes the following:
Hickory - plain 'ol hickory; your basic striker... nothing wrong with going with the basics though; this is the striker I usually put with my Slate, Glass & Aluminum Calls and it's a good one!
Purpleheart - exotic hardwood from South America; harder than hickory and gives out a little more rasp; good with all my pot calls and what I usually send out with my Crystal Calls.
Bubinga - exotic hardwood from Africa; hardest material I use; gives the yelps of an older, raspy hen; good with all my calls but especially with my Crystal! (SOLD OUT AT THIS TIME. Check back for availability.)
