This call is constructed of oak with a solid bottom. The surface of the call is a borofloat disc, which produces a different quality sound than my glass pots. I think I've out done myself with this one, it's awesome! It has a good high pitch with some rasp thrown in for good measure. As with all of my pot calls, the Crystal Call features my unique, easy-to-hold design. This call won't slip through your fingers, even if you're wearing gloves!
Tip: This call is the only one I send with an other-than-hickory striker. It just sounds too good using a purpleheart striker, which I hand-match and include with the call when you order!
